These our evening sessions will support you to identify and question stressful thoughts and beliefs using The Work of Byron Katie – a method of self-inquiry. Self-inquiry is simple, effective and extremely powerful in dealing with stress and whatever life throws at us. The result – peace, clarity and a kinder, clearer mind. The workshop will help you become aware of the effect your thinking has on your life. We will question beliefs in many aspects of our lives including relationships (also the one with ourselves), work, money and more. Suitable for both beginners and those more experienced in The Work, you will take home the knowledge you need to support yourself on an ongoing basis.

All our relationships can, at some stage, go off track and cause us to feel disconnected from that person. the world and ourselves. If our feelings in that moment could talk, what would they say? By capturing these thoughts on paper and asking the four questions of The Work of Byron Katie, we will explore what keeps us at odds with others and investigate how to find our way back home - to love and to ourselves.
Everyone is welcome, whether you're new to or experienced in "The Work".

Join us in this hour and a half online gathering, led by Brid, as we use the four simple questions of The Work of Byron Katie to inquire into our thoughts and go all the way to happy…
with our families, our partners, our children, our addictions, our ex-partners, ourselves, work, our bodies, money, time etc...
Each month we look at different aspects of our lives and using the four questions and turnarounds, we question our thoughts about them and get to see things from a broader perspective. Themes so far have included: How to accept criticism as a gift,Listening, Self-Attack thoughts, Shame, Blame, Competition and the thoughts that would stop you asking for what you want.
You don’t have to have any experience of The Work to answer these four simple yet powerful questions. And if you have experience, great. Come along and enjoy sharing The Work and being facilitated by and facilitating others.
Do you believe it is possible to divorce with love? Whether you are recently divorced or separated or have been divorced 20 years, this course will support you to find peace in your situation. Using The Work of Bryon Katie, this six-week telecourse will help participants examine stressful beliefs about divorce and separation that cause pain, resentment and bitterness.
Expect a course full of deep realisations, some laughter and to be held lovingly in The Work as we share weekly sessions to question our thinking. Grace & Nadine are hugely experienced in The Work and both practiced the Work during and after their own divorces.
