Four Simple Questions to a Happier You

Next session:
Monday 5th November 2018;
7pm to 8:30 pm Irish time/GMT
(11:00 am - 12:30 pm PT)
Facilitated by Brid Ni Chionaola, Certified Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie
To join the call: Click on http://theworkwithbrid.com/index.php?id=events for further instructions.

Join us in this hour and a half online gathering, led by Brid, as we use the four simple questions of The Work of Byron Katie to inquire into our thoughts and go all the way to happy… with our families, our partners, our children, our addictions, our ex-partners, ourselves, work, our bodies, money, time etc...
Each month we look at different aspects of our lives and using the four questions and turnarounds, we question our thoughts about them and get to see things from a broader perspective. Themes so far have included: How to accept criticism as a gift,Listening, Self-Attack thoughts, Shame, Blame, Competition and the thoughts that would stop you asking for what you want.

You don’t have to have any experience of The Work to answer these four simple yet powerful questions. And if you have experience, great. Come along and enjoy sharing The Work and being facilitated by and facilitating others.
