Everyone has the perfect body - Byron Katie
Join us as we work with the cause of our suffering about the body... our thoughts.

In this workshop we will investigate our stressful, fearful thoughts about the body. We will be working with cause – the mind/our thoughts. By meeting thoughts about the body with understanding and curiosity, let’s see if we can be happy and have peace and freedom right here, right now even with this “imperfect” body. Can we love the body we live in, in sickness, health, age, youth, pain, ease, ugliness or beauty?
Come join us for this adventure into exploring what we really are, beyond our identification with our impermanent physical bodies.
All are welcome whether new to or experienced in The Work.

Ultimately the body’s not going to make it. This is very good news - Byron Katie
